AVAILABILITY

We will honor your order within the limits of our available stock. Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days. In the event that any of the products ordered are not available in our inventory, you will be notified via email of any changes to your order. To the best of our ability, we will inform you of when you can expect your merchandise, as you may opt to keep or cancel your order in the unlikely event it may not be available.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

Please review your purchase, billing and shipping information before submitting your order. PLEASE NOTE that your Blue Hem order may begin processing as soon as it is submitted. We will try our best to accommodate modifications to your order, however, we cannot guarantee these changes will be made after your order is submitted. Cancellations can be requested within 30 minutes of placing your order.

PAYMENT

 Blue Hem accepts payments through Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You must provide all correct billing information including the cardholder name, credit card number, expiration date, security code, and billing address. To avoid delays, please make sure you have completed checkout procedure carefully and completely. The amount of your purchase will be debited from your account on the date of sale. Blue Hem will not be responsible for any delay of goods due to incomplete order forms or unattainable authorizations from credit card companies. Blue Hem does not accept personal checks for payment.

Blue Hem gift cards are not available for use online. They are intended to be used in our retail location, or by phone at (980) 228-1868.
