Returns & Exchanges

Blue Hem will exchange or reimburse goods within 15 days from the shipping date. Please return to: 1750 Camden Road Suite F. Charlotte, NC 28203. All goods must be returned in perfect condition (Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed) with tags attached along with a copy of your original Blue Hem invoice. Please indicate on the back of your invoice form the reason for your return. Credit will be processed within 15 days of reception, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles. "SALE ITEMS" ARE SOLD AS IS AND ARE FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges are accepted on sale items. Please note that a package refusal does not suffice as a request for a refund. Blue Hem reserves the right to decline your return if these Sales Conditions are not met. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the customer and not credited.
